Who we are

What this app is
2iyo.app is public: nobody is required to use it. If you sign in, your account (usually created by your manager or community) lets you open access, manage guests, see what has been shared with you and run automations near the building.

What data we process
- Phone number, name and, if you have one, email, plus the one-time access code.
- Your properties, areas and automations.
- Guests you add (their phone number and the access you share). You are responsible for providing that data on a proper legal basis.
- What your manager shows you about the community, including, if enabled, financial or documentary data of the property.
- Your location while 2iyo is open, to trigger something within a radius (for example a garage). In the browser there is no background location like in store apps. Nobody else sees your point.
- Usage logs, to understand how the service behaves and to improve it.
If you use 2iyo as an employee of a building or a management firm, your company must tell you which controls apply to your user.
What for
- To provide the service you ask for (sign in, open, invite, consult, trigger).
- To protect access and prevent abuse.
- To improve 2iyo from real use.
- To send you notices about the service itself and about new 2iyo features. We will not give your data to other companies for advertising. If you do not want those notices, write to info@administrapolis.com.
Who else is involved
Your manager sees what the system allows under their contract with us. For community data, we act on that manager’s behalf.
The service is provided in the European Union. We use integration tools under a data-protection contract. They do not own your account.
How long and cookies
For as long as your account is active to provide the service, and for as long as your relationship with your manager or the law requires.
We only use strictly necessary technical cookies: to remember that you accepted this notice, to protect the sign-in form and to keep your session. Without them the app cannot work. If you delete them, you will see this screen again.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es). Write to info@administrapolis.com or by post to El Campello, stating “Data protection” and proving your identity.
Proper use and law
2iyo and Administrâpolis marks and design belong to their owners. Use the service in good faith and only for properties and people you are entitled to act for.
Spanish and European data-protection rules apply. Disputes about this document are submitted to the courts of Alicante, unless consumer law requires another venue. If the text changes in a material way, we will ask you again. August 2026.
